Plateau State APC Strongman Joins Atiku.

It is Nigeria's electioneering season and politicians are up again on their games of moving from one political party to the other..

A former Minister of State for Information and a strong chieftain of the  ruling All Progressive Congress (APC) in the North Central State of Plateau, Alhaji Ibrahim Dasuki Nakande has switched camps.

Alh. Nakande and his supporters on Monday resigned their memberships of the ruling APC and joined the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

In a letter to the State PDP Chairman, Chris Hassan which was presented at the Party Secretariat, Jos, by Alhaji Danladi Kwari, the decamped persons said, the decision to join the PDP is a collective decision of the Hausa/Fulani community in Plateau State.

The Former Minister under the President Umaru Yar'adu administration described the candidature of Alhaji Atiku Abubakar and the PDP Governorship candidate in the State, Caleb Mutfwang as a landmark event and a turning point in the race for the 2023 polls.
