ENUGU POLITICS: PDP Guber Candidate Unveils Manifesto
The Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) candidate for the 2023 governorship election in Enugu State, Dr. Peter Ndubuisi Mbah has unveiled his manifesto before a large crowd of supports and journalists.
In attendance was the PDP Governorship running mate, Barrister Martins Ifeanyi Ossai, top politicians, the business community, clergy and several support groups.
Addressing the audience, Mbah explained that if elected in the March 2023 polls, his administration's strategic objectives are clearly laid out to ensure peace and security in Enugu State.
He is promising to end hunger and poverty in the predominantly rich and fertile agrarian State, within the four to eight years of the administration.
The PDP candidate who received intermittent loud ovations throughout his speech, assures that the government under his watch will not abandon obligations already entered by the current administration.
"... because we believe that government is a continuum, ... there will be no vacuum. So, whatever projects or contracts that this administration has entered into or executing, we're going to take over and ensure the completion for the benefit of our people" end of quote.
Barrister Peter Ndubuisi Mbah who is flying the PDP governorship flag in Enugu State is a self made man, who has cut his teeth in the business and leadership circles as a lawyer, financial expert, and in the oil and gas sector of the economy.
He had served in different positions under past administrations, including as a Commissioner for Finance in the State.
