A devastating flood has claimed the lives of six members of a household in Nzam community of Anambra West Local Government Area.
The heavy flooding which sacked the entire area, submerged residential buildings, farmlands and schools.
Villagers claimed that the victims were drowned following a late night torrential rains that worsened the flooding which submerged their house while they were asleep.

The Police in Anambra State are yet to confirm the incident as at the time of this report.
