Nigeria's apex Court, the Supreme Court this Friday dismissed the appeal filed by the Dan Orbih-led faction of the Edo State chapter of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP over the legal candidates of the Party for the 2023 general elections.
The Court declared that the matter was an internal affair of the Party as the Court lacks jurisdiction.
The Court also held that the Adhoc delegates are not the proper party to institute the action at the lower Court .
