57 years old medical doctor of Optimal Cancer Care Foundation, Dr. Olufemi Olaleye was on Wednesday granted a N50million bail by an Ikeja Sexual Offences and Domestic Violence Court, over alleged defilement of his wife’s 15 year-old niece.
Dr. Olaleye who is facing a two count charge bordering on the defilement of a child and sexual assault by penetration, preferred against him by the Lagos State Government, pleaded not guilty when the charges were read to him.
The Court after listening to arguments on his bail application, granted his prayers on a N50 million term with two sureties in like terms.
